NOT TRUE TO SIZE

so I purchased an XL t-shirt when it arrived I tried it on and it's certainly not XL it's more like a Medium, I've emailed 3 separate times over 2 weeks very nicely if I could exchange it for a XXL if available and I've heard nothing back. Customer service is disgraceful, now I'm stuck with a t-shirt that doesn't fit and wasted £30. I would not use this company again or recommend them to anyone!
