Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a return, as certain items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Underwear

For hygiene reasons, all underwear is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless we have sent you an incorrect item in error.

Accessories and Other Non-Underwear Items

You cannot return an item if:

  • It has been opened.

  • It has been used.

If you receive the wrong item or size due to our error:

  • Returns must be pre-approved.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • It must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at contact@trunksandboxers.co.uk before returning it.

Important: Please inspect the item carefully upon receipt before using, washing, or altering it in any way, such as cutting the labels. Once an item has been washed, worn, or altered, we cannot accept it for return or issue a refund/replacement.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered (including keeping all labels intact).

  • Once an item has been washed or worn, we cannot accept it for return or issue a refund/replacement.

  • A refund or replacement will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Duplicate or Incorrect Items

If you receive a duplicate or incorrect item due to our error:

  • You may return it for a refund or a replacement (subject to stock availability).

  • A refund/replacement will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Unwanted Items

We accept returns of unwanted items (excluding underwear) within 14 days of dispatch, provided:

  • They are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • We cannot refund or exchange items that have been opened or used, unless faulty.

  • Postage costs for unwanted returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Procedure

  1. Email us for return approval before sending any item back.

  2. Package the item securely to prevent damage in transit.

  3. Obtain proof of postage when sending the item. We cannot issue refunds for items lost in the post without proof of postage.

  4. Please ensure adequate postal insurance is taken out for valuable items.

Testing of Returned Items

All returned items are tested. If no fault is found, we reserve the right to return the item to you at your expense or charge a reasonable restocking fee.
