Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before requesting a return, as certain items are not eligible for return or exchange.


Underwear

For hygiene reasons, all underwear is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless we have sent you an incorrect item in error.

Underwear cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.


Accessories and Other Non-Underwear Items

You cannot return an item if:

  • It has been opened

  • It has been used

  • It is not in its original packaging

If you receive the wrong item or size due to our error:

  • Returns must be pre-approved by email

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • It must be returned within 14 days of receipt

A refund or replacement will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please email us at contact@trunksandboxers.co.uk before returning it.

Please inspect your item carefully upon receipt before wearing, washing, or altering it in any way (including removing labels). Once an item has been washed, worn, or altered, we cannot accept it for return.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • All original labels must remain attached

  • The item must be returned for inspection

If a return is required due to fault or error on our part, we will provide a prepaid tracked return label at no cost to you.

Our responsibility is to cover the reasonable cost of return postage. We do not reimburse additional personal expenses, including time, travel, mileage, fuel, or other associated costs.

Refunds or replacements are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.


Duplicate or Incorrect Items

If you receive a duplicate or incorrect item due to our error:

  • You may return it for a refund or replacement (subject to stock availability)

  • We will provide a prepaid return label

Unwanted Items (Non-Underwear Only)

We accept returns of unwanted items (excluding underwear) within 14 days of dispatch, provided:

  • They are unopened

  • They are unused

  • They are in original packaging

Return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot refund or exchange items that have been opened or used unless confirmed faulty.


Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, any delivery location concerns must be raised promptly. We will assist customers in raising queries with the courier where appropriate.


Returns Procedure

  1. Email us for return approval before sending any item back.

  2. Package the item securely to prevent damage in transit.

  3. Use the prepaid return label where provided.

  4. Obtain proof of postage when arranging your own return.

We cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit without proof of postage.

Please ensure adequate postal insurance is taken out for valuable items when arranging your own return.


Testing of Returned Items

All returned items are inspected.

If no fault is found, we reserve the right to:

  • Return the item to you at your expense, or

  • Charge a reasonable handling or restocking fee
