UK Delivery
We aim to process all orders on the same working day that they are received.

All orders are subject to stock availability and all delivery timeframes are approximate. We reserve the right to charge for any re-delivery attempts or Return to Sender fees.
For your peace of mind, all parcels are dispatched using a fully tracked Royal Mail service.
Please note: Delivery times may be extended during Royal Mail strike action or peak seasonal periods.

Weekend & Bank Holiday Orders
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day (subject to stock availability).
If a signature is required and you are not available, please provide an alternative delivery address (e.g., workplace) or leave delivery instructions (e.g., leave with neighbour) at checkout.
Delivery Delays & Out-of-Stock Items
If delivery is not possible within 14 days (UK) of receiving your order, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 5 working days of your order. We may recommend alternatives or confirm when the item is expected back in stock.
Most orders arrive within the stated timeframes, however please allow 15 working days before contacting us regarding a missing delivery, as Royal Mail investigations cannot be opened until this period has passed.
International Delivery
Orders Outside the UK
We do not charge VAT, import duties, or customs fees at checkout. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by the customer upon arrival.
Any taxes, duties, or handling fees requested by local customs are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country’s import guidelines before placing an order.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
International orders are processed on the same working day (subject to stock availability). Delivery times vary by destination and postal service. Delays can occur due to customs checks or busy seasonal periods.
Tracking
All international orders are shipped via a fully tracked Royal Mail service or partner courier. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Customs Delays
Customs checks may extend delivery times. We cannot influence customs processing times.
Please allow up to 25 working days for international deliveries before contacting us, as carriers and customs require this timeframe before starting an investigation.
