Are the products genuine?

Yes. We sell genuine branded merchandise sourced through established suppliers and wholesale distribution channels. We do not sell counterfeit goods.

Why can prices be lower than the brand's own website?

Retail prices can differ because of promotions, supplier terms, seasonal buying, clearance activity and our own pricing decisions. A lower selling price does not mean the product is counterfeit.

Are sale and clearance products genuine?

Yes. Sale and clearance items are genuine branded goods. Lower prices usually reflect promotions, seasonal stock, discontinued colours or our stock-clearance decisions.

Why can packaging or labels look different?

Brands regularly update packaging, boxes, sleeves, labels, barcodes, waistband branding and seasonal presentation. Genuine products from different production runs can therefore look slightly different from an older item you already own.

If you are concerned, compare the product style code, barcode, label and current product listing. You can also email clear photos of the item, labels and packaging to contact@trunksandboxers.co.uk for review.

Why do colours or colour names sometimes differ?

Screen brightness, device settings, lighting and supplier photography can make colours appear slightly different. Brands may also use internal colour codes or seasonal colour names, while our website may use a clearer customer-facing colour name. If you believe you received a completely different colour, contact us before use.

Brands and replenishment

We stock a broad selection of brands including Calvin Klein, BOSS, Tommy Hilfiger, Emporio Armani, SAXX, Björn Borg, Gant, Stance, Guess, Levi's, Lyle & Scott, Falke, PSD and many others, subject to current availability.

Core styles and colours are often replenished more regularly than seasonal colours and limited collections. If a product is sold out, the exact restock timing depends on the brand and supplier.

How to choose between brands

• For classic cotton-stretch underwear, compare Calvin Klein, Emporio Armani, Tommy Hilfiger, BOSS, Lacoste, Björn Borg and Gant.
• For supportive pouch or performance underwear, look at SAXX, Stance, PSD and selected technical styles.
• For premium everyday and winter socks, compare brands such as Falke, Viyella, KLUE, Thunders Love, Polar Star and designer labels depending on the material you want.
